Job Overview
To work as part of the Fulfilment team picking and packing customer orders and replenishing stock in our warehouse.
You must be able to work a variable shift system which are usually 06:00 – 14:30 then 12.30pm – 21:00 with a 30-minute break but any changes will be discussed and agreed where possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders as required; scanning and checking for damaged or missing items
- Report damaged orders to the shift supervisor and make supervisor aware of any potential fraudulent orders
- Store goods, prepare stock and replenish shelving as and when required
- Move stock by hand using lifting gear as well as move within the internal system using a handheld scanner
- Ensure all goods inwards are booked accurately and signed for responsibly if assisting with the Goods-In team
- Report own and any other wrongdoing immediately upon becoming aware of it
- Use online courier portals to manifest items dispatched
- Assist with stocktaking as and when required. This may mean working out of normal hours with notice
- Maintain high standards and accuracy in all work activities
- Work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy whilst fulfilling tasks
- Keep mispick errors to a minimum
- Ensure warehouse policies, procedures and security are followed at all times, including health and safety awareness
- Carry out any other such relevant duties as may be required from time to time that may be reasonably asked by the immediate supervisor or Head of Operations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of working within a busy warehouse environment is desirable
- Good manual handling skills
- Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but training will be provided
- Reliable and excellent timekeeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive, can do, self-starter attitude
- Enjoys working under pressure at time and competently work to deadlines
