Administrator/Customer Service Advisor

  • Greet customers
  • Order parts
  • Invoicing
  • Prepare estimates
  • Distribute work to technicians
  • Book in work
  • Answer the phone and send service reminders by email and text
  • General administration as required

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8 till 5.30 and every other Saturday from 8 till 1.

The working hours are not flexible.

Motor trade experience an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • motor trade: 3 years (required)
