Goonvean Fibres Ltd is a manufacturing company, exporting high quality short cut fibres globally. Its manufacturing base is in Cullompton Devon.
We are looking for candidates that are seeking part time employment to fit in around their lifestyle.
16-32 hours per week available, depending on candidates requirements.
Candidates should have a keen operational understanding, with an interest and ability to learn all aspects of manufacturing cut fibres.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- An understanding the key parameters needed for control and safe operation of a manufacturing process
- A good understanding of basic Health and Safety requirements
- Able to perform in a team environment
- Understands ownership of work
- Conscientious approach
Desirable
- Experience of a manufacturing quality system
- Engineering skills or aptitude for further development
- Forklift Truck qualifications
- Data capture of activities
Details
- Company grading scheme allowing quick progression
- Part Time hours 16 - 32 hours per week available; Monday to Friday.
- Day Shift working Hours between 07:30am – 16.00pm daily.
- Occasional overtime available
